If you're not happy with your socks, contact us! We'll send a free replacement pair with your next month's shipment. This benefit is available once every 6 months per subscription.
We offer free returns on unworn socks with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage. Please contact our support team at howdy@footcardigan.com to start the process.
Custom face socks and custom orders:
All custom socks are final sale. We are not able to process returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders:
All orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are final sale.
