Subscription socks are generally shipped between the 5th and 10th of each month from our warehouse in Montana. Canadian orders ship around the 5th-10th of each month from our warehouse in British Columbia. They typically take 5-8 business days to arrive via USPS.
Most subscription orders ship without tracking. If you haven't received your socks within 15 days of your order processing date, please contact our support team.
New subscriptions: If you'd like your first shipment delivered after a specific date, you can set that during checkout. We'll ship your first order on that date and the remaining shipments at the beginning of the following months — so you won't receive two orders in the same month.
Gift subscriptions: The first shipment will go out based on the date you selected at checkout. Subsequent months ship on the regular schedule (5th-10th).
